SellerSync is currently a private internal inventory and order management app used by Special Buttons. It is not available as a public service or public account platform.

Information handled

SellerSync stores and processes Special Buttons business data, including product records, stock levels, marketplace order data, SKU and listing information, shipping details, integration settings, and operational reports.

Etsy data

The Etsy integration is used only for the Special Buttons Etsy shop. SellerSync may read Etsy orders, transactions, listings, and inventory data, and may update listing stock quantities after authorization through Etsy OAuth.

How information is used

Information is used to manage Special Buttons inventory, import orders, match SKUs, review profitability, update stock records, and keep marketplace listing quantities aligned with SellerSync.

Sharing

SellerSync does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by hosting, database, backup, marketplace API, or technical service providers needed to operate the private app.

Access

The private SellerSync app is password protected and intended only for authorized Special Buttons use.
